Privacy Policy

AgencySim is a game made by Agency Builders at agencysim.com and in the AgencySim app for iPhone and iPad. We keep only what the game needs to save your agency. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect

| Email address | Your account sign-in, so your saved agency stays connected to you. |
| Password (stored only as a one-way hash) and a recovery code (also hashed) | Signing in and getting back into your account. We never see or store your actual password. |
| Game saves | Your agency, people, projects and settings, plus a short device label (for example "iPhone") and the time it was saved, so you can continue on another device. |
| Public display name (optional) | Shown on the public leaderboard only if you choose to be listed. |
| Email updates consent (optional) | Whether you said yes to occasional emails from Agency Builders. It is off unless you turn it on. |
| Sign-in session | A cookie on the web, or a token kept in the iOS Keychain in the app, so you stay signed in. Web sessions last 30 days and app sessions 90 days. |
| Short-lived security counters | Hashed counts of sign-in attempts, kept for about 10 minutes, to stop password guessing. They do not identify you. |
The demo works without an account. Demo progress is saved only on your device and is never sent to us unless you create an account to keep it.
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics or tracking scripts, no third-party trackers, and no sale or sharing of your data for marketing. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
Where it lives
Accounts and saves are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts agencysim.com and processes data on our behalf. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and save until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time in the game: open Settings, then choose Delete my account. That permanently removes your email, password hash, saves on every device, sessions and leaderboard entry. If you can't sign in, email us and we will delete it for you.
Children
AgencySim is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and note the change in the game.
